At the last CPLUG meeting, Eric loaned me his proceedings of the 2002 YAPC. Since then, I've been applying MJD's "red flags" advice to NetRequire.pm with Eric's constructive criticism. Basically, NetRequire allows you to load perl libraries dynamically from CVSweb, http, ftp, gopher, etc. Very useful, if you have a farm of machines running the same codebase.
