We did Good Fortune dim sum again, along with a visit to the NGA, Lincoln, and Vietnam War Memorial. The Vietnam War Memorial is a good, clean design which draws you into the depths of realization of the loss. Counter to this is the Korean War Memorial, which has a very distant, alienating feel.

The Lincoln statue has his tired hands resting on two fasces. Very fitting.

Dinner was Krispy Kreme (Constitution to GW Pkwy S to 110S to 1S), followed shortly thereafter by Krispy Katalepsy. Sugar and fat lethargy is a strange trip.
