Having just gone through a job interview (6 of them), the following list of questions for the interviewee makes for good brain fodder. Mapping out what you're going to say helps in the same way that reviewing tech problems helps prepare you for the tech part of an interview (substitute mgmt/sales/etc. for tech as you see fit ;).
