Pleasure Factory

Art-house clippings from the lives of 3 (2?, 4?, 5?) whores walking a funeral procession through Singapore's Geylang district. Watching everyone nurse or anticipate their losses, the film plays a lot with liminality: in the time before we make a choice, in the division between outsiders and those (stuck?) inside, and in relation to you as a viewer.

The last scene makes the film, which seems the motif for this film series at NUS (one or two scenes supported by an entire film).
