I'm planning a field trip to Washington, DC to see the Trompe l'Oeil exhibit at
the <a href="http://www.nga.gov">National Gallery of Art</a>. So, I'm looking
for a good dim sum restaurant to visit the morning of the 25th. The following
restaurant seems to be in pretty good esteem on the net, and it's open at 11,
which is when we'll be arriving there.

For the Philadelphia Ben Franklin excursion, we can try one of the 
<a href="http://www.swarthmore.edu/NatSci/samgott1/dim_sum.html">following</a>:
<ul>
   <li> Ocean Harbor, Race Street between 10th and 11th. (used to be the best, slipped in recent months but still quite good)
   <li> Ocean City, 9th Street between Race and Vine (variable quality - top notch when "on")
   <li> Lakeside Chinese Deli, 9th Street between Race and Vine (small, no carts, medium size selection, but perhaps the best food)
   <li> Kim Long (replaced Sunrise), Washington Street near 6th (in a shopping center, with parking)
   <li> Joy Tsin Lao, Race Street between 10th and 11th. (Second tier, but still pretty good; we had our wedding reception here)
