Adtran has an interesting low-interest incentive loan for $50M. Apparently, the state of Alabama borrowed $50M from AmSouth Bank, and then loaned the $50M to Adtran for 45 basis points over the money market rate at AmSouth. A going concern could probably have its finance team be a profit center (if you think cost savings are the same thing as revenues).
