Met one of my new neighbors, Marlene. She's a retired state worker who either lives
all by herself, or enjoys mowing her lawn. She said it'd be fine for us guys to 
throw parties, I demurred while pointing to the hefty tome I was toting. The 
only worry she seemed to have about things was the traffic on our street. As far 
as I've seen though, it's been fairly suburban minimal, but I may be missing something.
