2-minute commutes trump 20-minutes. I'll be moving into a 2-bedroom apartment [brochure location], which is good, but now I have to figure out what's going in there. Seeing as how I only have a computer, bed, books, desk, and bookshelf, I've got a lot of room to fill. [floorplan future floorplan]

I like minimalism, so I'm contemplating getting:

1. a DLP projector (no unwieldy TV)
2. 5.1 sound
3. couches (2)
4. some chairs (6?)

And making:

1. sturdy bed frame
2. table (2 filing cabinets + expensive piece of wood)
3. desk (2 filing cabinets + countertop)
