Everything that GetPaidWhatYoureWorth has except that it focuses on closing the deal by lowering your expectations with "Stay on Track" "Be Realistic" and publishing a list of general job categories by MSA in the US and their average values ( what do you mean 'other central moments'? ) based on the US Bureau of Labor Occupation Outlook report in 2005.
Seems like an industry book built to keep people in line. Maybe Wegerbauer has too much cash coming in from her human resources consultancy (presumably from the corporate side).
