Room 237 by Rodney Ascher
Ascher talks with a bunch of people about what they saw in TheShining. Three things stand out: 1) try to map the hotel as filmed, 2) the vast number of American Indian references, and 3) the documentary parallels Jack's mind.
It turns out that most people who comment on IMDb seem to really not like a "documentary" where people increasingly lose the ability to think normally as the film progresses. It also shows the falling costs of making your rant seem worthwhile, especially when you can leverage previous work.
Fear not, though; Trolling has apparently just metastasized into oldstream media, and mash-ups have gone SIDS-quiet; all is well in the world of Art.
