Let's just say that this book is humorous. But what's even more humorous is the looks you get from your librarian when you borrow this book after you've borrowed all the other books I've borrowed. That's classic.
The book draws a line between the nice guys and the assholes, contending that it's only the latter that girls want (largely because of the asshole's self-confidence nee arrogance). As you've probably guessed, it's not really an advice book, but rather a classification of what you should have been doing over your years, were you an asshole (and hence desired by chicks). Much mirth can be derived from doing a personal history inventory comparison.
