I don't have cable, but I occasionally do get the urge to watch TV. Which is where <a href="http://www.youtube.com">youtube.com</a> makes itself useful to me. 
Like Tivo, youtube allows you to time-shift your viewing habit, but it also serves up audience ranked videos with zero delay.
